KSP Italia invests energy and economic resources every year in the quality and safety of its products. For this reason, the company has chosen to guarantee all production with recognized certifications:
ISO9001
The ISO 9001 standard is universally recognized as the reference standard for the correct management of quality systems in manufacturing and service companies. KSP Italia has adopted this important standard, expressing its adherence to the principles outlined in the “Quality Policy” document and implementing its management system in accordance with ISO 9001 itself, obtaining certification since 2003. With this certification, annually verified by one of the largest certification bodies worldwide, KSP Italia demonstrates its commitment to proper internal management, aimed at respecting the requirements agreed upon with the customer, achieving their satisfaction, and continuous improvement aimed at obtaining increasingly higher performance in terms of product and service innovation.
ISO 13485
The Company designs, manufactures, and distributes aids for the disabled, products regulated by specific regulatory frameworks related to the Medical Devices directive, now widely recognized even outside the European Union. To guarantee customers and the market the validity of the products and services offered in the Medical Devices sector, KSP Italia has also voluntarily adopted the UNI EN ISO 13485 standard, a specific business management standard for manufacturers in this sector. In this case too, KSP Italia has adopted the principles of the standard, summarizing them in the Quality Policy document and adapting the management system, which was subsequently certified by an accredited body for this purpose. Through this certification, according to the UNI EN ISO 13485 standard, KSP Italia provides evidence of its operational correctness in all phases of design, production, and distribution of medical devices, validating them to third parties in compliance with applicable laws.
ISO 45001
KSP Italia expresses at its highest level and in a firm and unequivocal manner the will to respect and exceed, whenever possible, the minimum regulatory legal requirements in every aspect of company management; this will is realized in the adoption of universally recognized management systems certified by qualified and independent third-party bodies. In the specific case of safety and health at work, the ISO 45001 standard is the international reference standard for demonstrating the correct management of these aspects. In this case too, KSP Italia demonstrates its commitment to the correct management of workplace safety and health issues, going beyond legal requirements, with the creation and subsequent application of an internal management system compliant with the most rigorous applicable standards for the protection of its workers, as expressed by the ISO 45001 standard. This system, too, has obtained certification from one of the largest independent and specifically accredited bodies present on the international market.
